Cynthia was phenomenal! My mother sold her home and bought a condo closer to her children and Cynthia walked us through the entire process. It wasn’t easy to navigate as the owners of the condo needed post occupancy so my mother then needed post occupancy to allow us time to renovate her condo and add the needed safety aspects.
