We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Cynthia. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Cynthia was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, took the time to walk us through this process at any time of the day. Cyndi did an amazing job helping us find the perfect home for our family. As we were relocating to the area, Cyndi had to be extra creative to arrange her schedule to accommodate ours and stay on the lookout for anything that came on the market in a moments notice. Ultimately, we bought our dream home on the day it came onto the market. With 5 members of our family, there were lots of ‘must haves’ that didn’t always align. Cynthia was phenomenal! My mother sold her home and bought a condo closer to her children and Cynthia walked us through the entire process. It wasn’t easy to navigate as the owners of the condo needed post occupancy so my mother then needed post occupancy to allow us time to renovate her condo and add the needed safety aspects. Cynthia was able to juggle all of this easily and keep us grounded and sane through the process! Would strongly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Cyndi led us through many challenges as we negotiated the sale of our house to decrease commute times for my wife and me. Plus, she kept us from sabotaging our efforts as we sought to close on selling our house and buying a new house all in the same day. First, Cyndi helped us price our house accurately, and then she brought in a photographer to make our house look great on websites. She helped us weather the many ups and downs we experienced. She kept our spirits up, and finally, we sold our house and bought a new house (with which we are very happy)!

Cyndi was very helpful getting us started with the selling and buying process. Her recommendations of things to do to show and sell our house were useful. She presented our house in a way that got it sold. Cyndi also helped us find and buy a new home. She was very professional and her expertise in the real estate business shone through. She was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely use her again if the need arises and I highly recommend her to others looking for a top notch agent. I can truly say we have found a new friend.

We loved Cyndi for selling our house! She came through when we were first thinking of selling to recommend things that we should (or shouldn't) do to help the house sell well. Her recommendations were super and we ended up having a crazy amount of showings with multiple offers. She helped us navigate picking the best one. When our first buyers financing fell through, we out found she had been keeping a list of backups who were still interested.
