She was able to help me get my roof replaced before closing, which was phenomenal! She also made sure to follow up with me after closing to make sure everything was going well. She didn’t just leave after the sale was done. She is committed to her work, does an excellent job, and I would highly recommend her!

Terri and her team are great at what they do. Terri was my agent to sell my house and purchase this house. I got more for my home than expected due to her negotiating. I sold the home in one weekend! The purchase was a roller coaster of negotiating and Terri made it happen and got us a new roof in the process at no cost to us.
