2024 was a very stressful year anyway, and then we decided to sell our house. We were blessed to find Cyndi for our realtor. Her personality drew us to her, and then we benefited so much from her expertise. She communicated with us almost daily, explaining how all the various real estate procedures, rules and laws applied to us selling our home. She sold our house the day after our first open house for more than asking price. When that deal fell out of escrow due to the buyers inability to completely fund it, she sold our house again within the same week of our 2nd open house, again for more money than the previous offer.
