I am not sure if writing this review can adequately convey the deep gratitude we feel for Cynthia Rosenwald. First off my husband and I could not believe the calm and knowledge she brought to the table while selling our home. Never in my entire life have I felt like I had literally the most capable person ever navigating the sale of our home. Cynthia is the calm we are all looking for in any stressful situation.. Her real estate knowledge coupled with her calm and capable demeanor is unlike anything we have come across in any capacity. We have sold and bought many homes and have never felt so confident with with how things were moving forward. We were so blessed to have her as our realtor. Hands down she is the most capable realtors out there

Cynthia, was the realtor that most or all people need. A great communicator, she always kept us informed of Real estate do's and don'ts and all communications she had with other realtors. She helped us with news in our market area, she professionally managed the marketing of our home. Because of her determination and dedication we received 11 offers the first day and 19 total in just two days This lead the infamous "SOLD" sign at the end of the second day.
