We had no idea our first home would be such a success and it was all to do to Cynthia! We met with two other agents that were trying to put us in mobile homes in areas we didn’t like then we were referred by friends (and other First time home buyers) and found Cynthia. I have tendency to lean toward the property we were in at the moment she kept us on target and we kept looking making sure we didn’t settle and thankfully we did not because we got into a newer larger home then we could’ve ever imagined at the time. We used her again when selling and she marked high and we got it! She really takes the time to come to your home and talk in person about any in depth relevant information within hours of briefing on the phone. I realized how important her team (Finanace -Sal) really were because if it wasn’t for the grants and knowledge of how to repair our credit months prior it wouldn’t had been possible. We wished we could take her with us on our move to Indiana because it was working with two different 5 Star Realtors I realized there is no one comparable.
