On the home-buying side, Don knew what was available in our price range for each neighborhood and house age. He patiently showed us a variety of houses to help us narrow our search. After finding our perfect new house, he led us every step of the way through contract signing to closing with knowledgeable suggestions and help with any potential issues. Cyndi was amazing to work with. At the peak of the housing market this past year we really didn't know if we would be able to get a house at the budget we wanted and in the neighborhood we wanted. Don was great! He got our house on the market in less than one week and had it under contract in 3 days. Once under contract, we had a couple of house repairs that needed to be fixed quickly to close on time. Don knew the right people to call, and he coordinated the repairs as we were out-of-town sellers. Don and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and all-around great people to work with.
