Cyndi was amazing to work with. At the peak of the housing market this past year we really didn't know if we would be able to get a house at the budget we wanted and in the neighborhood we wanted. Cyndi was kind, pleasant, and patient throughout our whole journey which took almost a year! Cyndi never rushed us but helped us wait for the right home, at the right price, in the right neighborhood. Once we found the house we wanted, her expertise in the closing process allowed us to get some significant repairs taken care of and we were able to close on the house in 3 weeks!! Don was great! He got our house on the market in less than one week and had it under contract in 3 days. Once under contract, we had a couple of house repairs that needed to be fixed quickly to close on time. Don knew the right people to call, and he coordinated the repairs as we were out-of-town sellers. Don and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and all-around great people to work with.
