We moved from out of state back to Ohio a few years ago. We chose Don Shurts as our realtor from a Google search based on his online reviews. Don lived up to the reviews and more. We were downsizing and had to find the perfect place in the one day we would be in town. He committed the entire day to us and before it was over we had found a beautiful condo and signed on the dotted line. Don ensured we didn’t overpay and received the best value possible. He was professional, and caring and had our best interest as his priority. On the day of closing, we stopped in to do a final walkthrough on a Friday afternoon and found the air conditioning wasn’t working. It was going to be 90* that weekend as we moved in.
