We are a military family living out of state, so finding a realtor we could trust to sell our Ohio home was incredibly important to us. I found Don & Cyndi online and was immediately impressed by their profile and reviews, but we couldn't be more impressed with our actual experience with Don which exceeded any initial expectations! When we first called Don on a Friday, I figured we would be leaving a message or sharing some information and then setting up a time to meet at a later date. I couldn't believe that Don not only answered right away, but took the time right on the spot to thoroughly discuss our needs and the process and by the end of the phone call we were already moving forward on the sale of our home. By Sunday, Don had already reviewed over 100 comps for list price and gathered all information needed to sell our home. Within 1 week of contacting Don, staging and photos were complete and the house was nearly ready to list. During the process Don's photographer identified an error on the county website to our home's square footage. Don thoroughly explained the situation, reviewed and verified the numbers with the photographer, and provided documentation of the accurate square footage. Don's due diligence allowed us to list our home with the accurate square footage, which was over 200 feet larger. Don is highly experienced and has an excellent listing strategy, which gave us full confidence in his plan. Within 3 days, we had 28 showings and 8 offers. He thoroughly reviewed the offers and options to help us make an educated decision. Throughout the entire process, Don demonstrated honesty, integrity, and professionalism. His communication was excellent and he was always available for questions. It was apparent from Day 1 that we were a priority to Don and he provided exceptional service throughout the sale process.

We are a family with a child with some pretty complex medical/special needs. When we began our home search with Cyndi we had to give her a very robust list of must-haves for our home in order to accommodate our daughter and her needs. We weren’t picky for the sake of being picky. We really had no choice but to have some of these items for our new home. Our first trip to the area from our previous home (South Carolina) was in April of this year and we spent a week here and had several home showings each day. Cyndi bent over backward to get us into every possible home that might have met our daughter's needs. We drove all over Timbuktu and back. We probably toured 20 or more homes with Cyndi and she never complained once. She always understood why houses wouldn’t work with our daughter. She didn’t try to force/push us into a home that didn’t work. We ended up empty-handed in our search. Cyndi didn’t complain and understood the entire time, why we needed what we needed. Trip #2 was in June. And we were getting ready to be in a bind in terms of not having a home to move to. Again, we spent a week. Again, 20+ homes viewed. And as we neared the end of our week of house hunting before heading back to South Carolina, it looked as if we were going to leave without a home to move to yet again. But low and behold, Cyndi was able to get us into one last home on our last day here. It turned out that being THE ONE it met all but maybe 1 item in our list of must-haves. And the 1 item is something we can have done in the near future. Cyndi went to work negotiating on our behalf. She didn’t complain and she bent over backwards to see us to the finish line. If you’re looking for someone who will listen to what your needs truly are, and who has the patience of a saint, Cyndi is your girl. She’s hardworking and so very kind. I’ll suggest her for the rest of my life, to anyone looking for a home in the Dayton area.
