Simply put, Cyndi is a Fifteen of a 0- 10 scale.

As a real estate investor I have used Cyndi's services on Fourteen occasions. She never disappoints and is always thorough. She sold a house for me just this week and it went very smoothly considering the potential for issues a real estate transaction brings. Cyndi had given me a potential sale price a week or so before listing the property. As we closed in on the time to list the property she came back and said " We need to adjust the sale price" . I was expecting a price cut but was surprised when she wanted to raise the list price another $10,000. She asked if I had an issue with that. Of course I said no , I didnt have a problem with that. So we adjust the listing price accordingly. It sold during the first week for the new full list price.
