Cyndi is the most dedicated agent we have ever met. She was with us every step of the way for the past 4 years, as we searched for a house. We lived 2 hours away, so our home searches required detailed planning. Her organization skills were evident when we would drive down to the Richmond area, and she would have multiple homes to look at on a route to make the best use of our time. After we finally settled on a home to build, Cyndi would drive to our home site to check on the progress every week, and would send us multiple photos. During the planning phases of our build, Cyndi attended every meeting with us and the builder, as well as Design Center and custom built-ins company.
