My husband and I bought our first house with Cyndi 6 years ago. We knew that when we went to sell it and purchase our next home, Cyndi would be our agent. We loved working with her. She is patient, prompt, and has your best interest in mind. Her honesty and flexibility throughout our process was impressive. We started out looking at homes in Tallmadge and Kent to get closer to my job, but when I finally realized I didn't want to move out of the area, she immediately started to share listings closer to where we were living, no questions asked/no judgement passed. She offered advice and resources throughout the process and knew that we'd have a bigger challenge in finding a home we liked than selling ours. Once we made an offer on a home and listed our, we had four offers, two well above list price, within a 12 hour period. We sold our home in ONE day for a lot more than we purchased it for 6 years ago. She also helped us navigate a 60 day close period (since we weren't sure how long it would take to sell ours after we made our offer on the new house). I will continue to recommend Cyndi to anyone I know who is selling or buying a home in this area. She definitely knows what she is doing!
