As a Realtor it has become evident , Knowing the process of contract to close, delegating/advocating any client concerns, needs, rights are # 1 Personally I thrive in making a difference in the workplace and helping to keep the parts moving in sync and iron out any problems before they arise.
All the while being diplomatic in a group setting and delegating people and their rolls are essential. I have found that reacting to a situation, and not being impulsive, rather looking at the future and considering consequences for our actions is definitely something to focus on. Feeling like I have accomplished something at the end of the day is essential to me. I plan on making an impact, if the business deals fails, that means I fail and I am extremely determined not to fail.
