My budget was low, making my home search challenging, but she treated me with complete respect and professionalism. Crystal took all the time needed to explain every step of the process, and kept me apprised of all the deadlines so I didn't miss anything. I highly recommend her!
Crystal was amazing! When we first listed the home she was able to quickly size up the home's potential and help me get it ready to list. I was already very impressed with her knowledge and ability. The day before the house was hitting the market we got hit by a massive hail storm. Long story short I had to replace the roof, replace some windows, and repaint the house. All of this while I was living in another state, and often traveling or unavailable due to work. Crystal went into overdrive. She was able to use her wide network in order to get me the help I needed fast! She helped get my roof replaced and the house painted all while showing the house to potential buyers. She got my house sold and closed before my originally expected date despite all of the hurdles thrown up in front of us. I am not doing her justice, I wish there was more I could say to express the highest levels of professionalism and ability that Crystal consistently brings to the table.
