Crystal disclosed work performed by our sellers verbally to us before going into close ignoring that the disclosure should have all been in writing. Most agents would have protected their clients and got them out of this sale Crystal did not. She also attempted to have us sign a document that cleared the other broker from liability as a result of the sale, this is not the actions of someone protecting their clients. My wife and I overpaid and purchased a badly flipped home and had nothing but costly repairs after trusting this agent. We feel our concerns that were brought to her about the work performed by the flippers or concerns with her inspector were ignored to push this sale through and protect her commission. We have had the costly expense of fixing the issues with the flippers work and dealt with a $32k roof leak the first weekend we moved in at no time did Crystal offer to go back to our sellers. In fact she suggested we pay more money to have her roofer involved and family of contractors who stole from us. This is not the person you want to trust when dealing with the biggest purchase of your life.

My home purchase with Crystal was absolute nightmare. I would never trust her knowledge as a new home buyer or her recommendation on inspectors and contractors. She wrote a tightly written 10 day inspection her recommended inspector picked up no real issues. She negotiated nothing at close and no real price discount. We've had nothing but major issues since the first weekend we moved in. I've had costly repairs for major structural issues, water damage, and roof issues. No to mention shifty contractor brother actually stole landscape rocks from my yard.
