We had very specific desire when shopping for a small townhouse. Crystal spent months with us looking at various townhouses and advised on each pro and con for each property. When we finally settled on a place she negotiated a fair sales price and pushed the closing along to meet our tight requirements. Crystal was amazing! It began with an in-depth consultation. She discussed that our home should reflect what a buyer would want to see.
