Crystal was our realtor when we purchased our retirement home. She was so patient and professional. We found exactly what we were looking for—thanks to her! She always takes the time to listen to her clients. Not only did we get a realtor...we also got a friend! Crystal is the best.

Crystal was amazing! It began with an in-depth consultation. She discussed that our home should reflect what a buyer would want to see. That meant putting away personal items and photos, eliminating clutter etc. Crystal gave us a detailed check list of things to do prior to the actual listing. To some, it may seem like over-kill but I assure you, it is not. Doing the things she asked for and suggested, made a huge difference during the showings. I also should point out the response we got on Zillow views. The view count actually sky rocketed above comparable listings. The listing went live on Thursday and sold on Saturday, with no open houses but numerous viewings. The selling price was actually a bit higher than listing price. I attribute this to Crystal's attention to detail, market knowledge and contacts. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for an agent with professional skills then look no further. Crystal helped me at a time of chaos to sell my house and from the moment I met her she put me at ease, and very confident at the same time. She gave me specific instructions that would help the house sell faster and for a higher price, her expertise of the market and what buyers were looking for was spot on. I always felt that her ideas made sense without being pushy. Once we got to the point of listing the house, she was very communicative when it came to fielding offers. She has sense who is a serious buyer or someone who is likely going to nickel and dime you for every little thing to get the sell price down to the point of a lowball offer. Crystal is very open to ideas about what you want in terms of what is within reason in terms of the listing versus what the market temperature. I felt we priced the house in the perfect zone for a quick sale, and that's exactly what happened. We had multiple offers and had the house sold in less than two weeks. I have nothing but great things to say about Crystal and cannot imagine anyone else that would have an opposing view. If I am ever in the position to buy or sell a house in the future I would not hesitate to seek her service, she knows how to get things done!

Crystal Adams is one of the most professioal realtors I know and a pleasure to work with. Throughout the entire buying and selling process, Crystal was caring, conscientious and motivated. Her work-ethic was extraordinary. She resolved issues with an upbeat and positive attitude. Customer Service is very important, I feel Crystal is the epitome of delivering CS that would exceed your expectations.

Crystal was excellent. She was always available if we had any questions. She was very professional . She was very good at communicating with feedback and any other comments that we received. If we are ever needing a Orlando realtor, Crystal is the one we will pick..

We had a rental house in Avalon for about 5 years and it was time to sell. We had another realtor who didn't seem very motivated to sell the home. The pictures of our house were not very good, and there was no traffic. After a month we thought we would have to take it off the market to rent it again. Then we met Crystal. She was recommended to us by a friend who had sold his house with her. Crystal had very specific recommendations to make our house ready to sell, she made sure the house looked great in person and online, and she knew exactly where to price our house. Crystal is quick to return messages, is very aware of the market trends, and is in every way a true professional. And she had the house under contract in 4 days. I would highly recommend Crystal to anyone who is selling a home. She will get the job done.

Crystal is a professional you want on your side. She goes through everything with a fine toothed comb. She is very detail oriented and meticulous. I highly recommend her services!

Crystal was recommended from a realtor down South who helped my parents. From start to finish she was on it, even when she went out of town! She was knowledgeable and quick to respond, explained things easily, and just overall was a pleasure!! I felt like I was looking at homes with a friend, and by the end I was!

Interviewed several candidates and Crystal earned my confidence and trust. She was very patient and listened very carefully to my needs, and sold my old house and then helped me purchase a new home - Thanks Crystal!

Crystal is the bomb. After selling my daughter her first home, and then selling it for them about two years later, and then selling her another home; we figured there must be something about this Crystal girl. She kept us informed of houses in our area, daily. Once we had a few picked out, she worked out the details and showed us several. Once we had out minds made up, Crystal and Aimee worked extra hard to get our house for us. So we let her sell our old home. So, in just a short time, she had 5 transactions with my family. And her smile was always there.

Crystal made selling my primary residence a great experience. Her comparative analysis, preparation guidance, and listing presentation were second to none! Crystal brings great professionalism, and is very personable in dealing with buyers and sellers. Our sale presented some unforseen obstacles, Crystal handled them diligently and kept great communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend Crystal for selling or buying your future home.

Crystal approaches the task of home selling as if it were her own property.....always thinking ahead of what needs to be done next. We sold a property at a less than desirable time in the market and Crystal brought us a cash deal that closed the property in less time than expected with no issues at closing. Crystal is very professional and dedicated to her job, and seems to really enjoy helping others to find the home they like, or selling the home they presently own. This is the 2nd time that we have used Crystal and there were no disappointments or surprises in either transaction. Great Realtor!!
