Crystal was amazing! It began with an in-depth consultation. She discussed that our home should reflect what a buyer would want to see. That meant putting away personal items and photos, eliminating clutter etc. Crystal gave us a detailed check list of things to do prior to the actual listing. To some, it may seem like over-kill but I assure you, it is not. Doing the things she asked for and suggested, made a huge difference during the showings. I also should point out the response we got on Zillow views. The view count actually sky rocketed above comparable listings. The listing went live on Thursday and sold on Saturday, with no open houses but numerous viewings. The selling price was actually a bit higher than listing price.
