Crystal was amazing from start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She will fight for you as if you were a family member and really puts herself in your shoes. Her communication is awesome, I would text her or call her and she would always answer even if she was in the middle of the ocean boating with her family. She was very resourceful and helped us get through all of the obstacles we had during our transaction. We were going to loose the house we had been building for a year because the realtor we had prior to her couldn't sell our house in a timely manner and she went as far as to contacting the builder, she got us an extension and sold our house in a record time. Not only she helped us sell our house and get into our new house but 7 months after this transaction she sent us a reminder to file for tax exception on our new house. I have been a part of several real estate transactions and have worked with many realtors but none of them tops Crystal.
