Cristina did so much for me it's hard to recount everything and give her the credit she deserves. it should be noted that I tried two other real estate agents who both dropped the ball in different ways before her. I believe Cristina was a God send. What I love most about her is she is down to earth, smart, and takes initiative to go above and beyond. our relationship developed into a friendship and I could tell that she sincerely wanted me to find what I was looking for. she would send me searches several times through the week. she did everything she could to keep us afloat in Miami's aggressive market. When we were under contract she was able to think outside the box to make sure we closed, and never ever gave up on the deal. Her rational professionalism combined with a tenacity to help her clients makes Cristina an exceptional agent. She is more concerned about her clients than she is the fame and IG followers that comes with selling million-dollar properties in Miami. All that glitters isn't gold, and with that lesson learned Cristina came to my rescue and helped me find the property of my dreams. Cristina unleashed these qualities utilizing a wide spectrum of communication methods: phone calls, emails, voice and written texts. On a personal level she is easy to get along with, pragmatic, caring and bilingual.
