I was referred to Cristina by a friend who works with the same virtual real estate agency. Cristina was quick to notify me and our agent/seller relationship began. She knows the South Florida real estate market very well. She knew exactly what homes were selling for in the area and where we could start with our listing. She is extremely personable which made for very easy communication. I trusted her knowledge to be able to sell our property for what it was truly worth and she was able to do that in only a month's time. She also negotiated the price of the new apartment I bought and was instrumental in getting the owner to comply with all the conditions I demanded in order to purchase it.
