She knows the South Florida real estate market very well. She knew exactly what homes were selling for in the area and where we could start with our listing. She is extremely personable which made for very easy communication. I trusted her knowledge to be able to sell our property for what it was truly worth and she was able to do that in only a month's time. She was very engaging and always kept me posted of any changes with my sale. She keep in touch almost daily just to even see how i am doing and my wellbeing.

I worked with Cris from August 2018 until October 2020. I had just purchased a new home and I needed to find renters for our first house before we closed on our second house or we wouldn't be able to close. I reached out to Cris and she was immediately up for the task - she only had 30 days to find the right renters! Not only did she find great renters but she took care of everything, it was pain free and seamless. Over the next two years Cris was our property manager, she took care of everything with our rental property anytime something came up and managed the monthly payments and made sure everything was running smoothly. We were torn when we felt it was time to sell our rental property, Cris made having renters so easy we were probably crazy to sell but we felt it was best for our family. Cris now had the difficult task of trying to find us buyers for our rental property with renters currently living in the home. Again she nailed it! Finally the right buyers came along and she took care of everything. We were so happy to finally sell our home but it was better sweet to no longer get to work with Cris. She is the very best, she will work hard for you and will make even the most stressful situations enjoyable because she is a truly wonderful person!
