He will not try and "sell" you on homes just to get more business, but in fact does quite the opposite. He also will caution you on things like mortgage payments increasing once taxes are reevaluated the following year to make sure there are no surprises. He does a fantastic job of making sure you're informed on the home you're buying and the home buying process and you can trust he'll be on your side throughout the process.
