From the beginning to end Courtney has been unsurpassed in the service she provided. She is reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and kind. Troy Hansford’s team priced out house fairly in the midst of a very rapidly changing market. They were right on with their recommendations about staging, timing, expectations, etc. Courtney was very responsive to our input regarding pictures that were posted and we feel that the house was marketed very well. We received an above asking offer the first weekend on the market. We have, however encountered issues with buyer’s financing. That is where Courtney absolutely shined. She spent many, many hours reaching out to the buyers’ agent and mortgage broker to make sure their financing came though. There were many hiccups on the buyers’ financing side, and when I was so anxious I could not sleep or eat, Courtney became my therapist as well :). She always answered her phone or called back immediately. Overall I would highly recommend Courtney.

I chose her because of her friendly and outgoing personality, interest in me and my “unique” search criteria, and ideas for finding me a home. Through my four-month search, Courtney was available for questions via text, email or phone. She regularly sent links to homes and arranged for walk-throughs before open houses officially began. She not only looked at surface features but closely examined hot water heaters, window seals and conditions of exterior walls and HVAC systems. She always let me know beforehand about family responsibilities and had a reliable team behind her to help. I never felt she disappeared or was unavailable. I only put one offer on a home and thanks to Courtney’s help and timely advice, my offer was accepted. She was with me every step—arranging the inspection around a pre-planned vacation; communicating clearly and quickly with the seller’s agent; explaining all paperwork and disclosures; and scheduling a final walk-through before closing. Unfortunately, in the middle of placing an offer, I quickly changed lender/mortgage broker due to his lack of communication and unavailability. Courtney fully supported my decision suggesting a lender she works with. Earlier I read it’s wise not to use your realtor’s preferred lender. But now I see it makes a huge difference when a realtor and mortgage broker/lender communicate closely, efficiently, and timely to keep everything moving. Both Courtney and Dianna Goodfellow/Professional Mortgage Source were miracle workers without jeopardizing my closing date and made this purchase happen. I’m so grateful I worked with these outstanding women! Courtney made my buying journey easier than I expected during a wild housing market! And she’s still giving me advice post-closing.
