We received an above asking offer the first weekend on the market. We have, however encountered issues with buyer’s financing. That is where Courtney absolutely shined. There were many hiccups on the buyers’ financing side, and when I was so anxious I could not sleep or eat, Courtney became my therapist as well :). I chose her because of her friendly and outgoing personality, interest in me and my “unique” search criteria, and ideas for finding me a home.
