Corey was very friendly and knowledgable about the market. I'd gone into my search without the knowledge that he had on picking certain features in a home to maximize resale value. While I'm so excited about my existing new home that he helped negotiate for that I doubt I'll be in resale mode anytime soon, it's nice to have the peace of mind that I passed on some properties that the market has shown to have issues that would hurt their resale value. During every stage of the process Corey was responsive and understanding of my lack of knowledge. (Know what you don't know, folks, and rely on those who do who you can trust.) I felt like he had my back during negotiations and that he provided a needed reality check on my sometimes not so practical notions and wasn't trying to rush the process just to get a quick sale. He also had an existing relationship with a lender (Jason) who was super easy to work with and responsive. When we looked a homes, Corey was quick no note issues in build, and had other existing relationships with engineers, inspectors, etc. Everything went smoothly during what can be a really stressful process and his calm demeanor and can do attitude really helped reduce my worries. Nuts and bolts, his negotiating saved me over ten thousand dollars off of the list price during a hot time in the market. Honestly, I have no complaints and would recommend Corey to anyone considering buying a home on the Colorado Front Range. (Maybe beyond? I don't know Corey's aspirations on that count!)
