I would use Cory again in a heartbeat. Not only is he professional and courteous when he speaks, but he is super knowledgeable about what to look for in a good home. He knows when you encourage you to steer away from a certain property as he is thinking about your future in regards to the resale value as well as the property itself. So it's not just a quick sale for him. I was amazed at the patience that Cory had with us, because we took months to find the home that was the right fit for our budget along with the right location. In other words, it would have been really easy for a general realtor to just try and get us into a house quick to get the sale and get paid on their end. Cory did not do that. So, when we used him to help sell our house, he knew the correct price to set based on all the comps he ran in the area, and best way to go about the listing. He worked fast and covered all the correct terminology with the people that needed certain documents and things that were well above my head. Most importantly, I do feel like Cory cared about our family. It was awesome for him to interact with my kids and make them laugh. He's a class act guy, and would recommend. 10 out of 10!

With my being in Missouri and Cory handling things in Colorado I could not have been more pleased. Cory's market knowledge stood out strong throughout our entire experience with him. Our initial discussion in February sparked many key thoughts that we weren't considering, but ended up being so important to help us make confident decisions. After initial discussions, when we started to find houses to tour, Cory's communication and agility were incredible. He was able to make time for us whenever we asked and understood that time was of the essence with most houses getting offers right away. Cory's professionalism was outstanding and we would not be as confident as we are with our decision without the time he spent with us to understand each detail of this process. This was especially helpful during home inspections when we needed clarification on many many details. Overall, we could not have had a better realtor help us find our first home! Cory helped us buy our first home and I hate to think how stressful the process would have been without him. As first-time homebuyers, we had many questions, and Cory went above and beyond to answer questions, spend time educating us, and was available, kind and communicative throughout the process. We leaned on his deep knowledge of real estate and the Denver area. He also has a wide and deep network of other professionals (contractors, inspectors etc) that we enjoyed working with and that I could tell thought very highly of him. I would refer any loved one to work with him, and should we ever be looking to buy or sell again would reach out immediately to Cory and no one else.
