Cory Degen was the best real estate agent for me in the process of selling my property. He walked me through the entire process, gave me a complete brochure of details about the property, market analysis and the estimated closing costs. He priced the property and did a wonderful marketing of it which ended up selling the property after just one day on the market! He did a very good job of negotiating and working with three different offers at the same time. He was always there when I needed information or help with something.
