I contacted Cory prior to a recent vacation to PSP to look for a home. He responded promptly and when I arrived he had several properties lined up for viewing. He diligently kept looking and keeping in touch with me when I returned home. About a month later he called to say he found the perfect place. Being I was 3000 miles away he continued to assist in any way he could to make the closing and move less stressful. It was a bit of fate and good fortune for us when our realtor needed a short-term notice stand-in for himself on a day we were to tour several homes in the desert cities.  Not only did we find our new home that day, we met Cory! Soon we began the process to purchase and that's how we came to appreciate just how valuable and instrumental he would prove to be in negotiations and then through the subsequent purchase and closing on the home. Cory is a consummate professional. He’s extremely knowledgeable, organized and efficient. Because of the minutia of detail that goes in to buying or selling California real estate, I imagine that not having someone of Cory’s conscientiousness and meticulous attention to ongoing matters, deals would easily fail and expenses would needlessly rise. He’s a get-it-done person: smart, productive, 100 percent trustworthy, and so very nice on top of all that!
