I can't say enough good things about Cory Alan. He guided my wife and me through our home purchase in Rancho Mirage, California. He is totally professional and totally approachable. He always knew the answer no matter what the question, and there were many. If he wasn't sure about something he would find out and get right back to us. Though I know he had many clients, he always got back to us within minutes. We were complete novices and he explained each step of the way so we understood what was going on, what was important and what wasn't. He moved the slow moving seller along by doing the little things that were extra but helped seller and buyer moving forward.
