Three words describe Cory Professionalism, integrity, and honesty. Cory Alan was referred to me in July 2015 when I was searching for a house to buy in the desert. He too, was new to Palm Springs! He spent time with me to help me determine what I had in mind. After several conversations, he made a date to show property to me. He arrived armed with six complete listing descriptions that perfectly met my criteria and had appointments booked. Together, we reviewed the listings and prioritized the showings based upon my first impressions. I found my dream home that day from those listings. When it came time to make an offer, Cory suggested that I offer less than the list price based upon his knowledge of the market and the upcoming summer season. The seller accepted the offer he suggested and I saved $31,000 because of Cory. He is both a Buyers and a Sellers realtor! Fast forward to 2021.
