I’m Corinne. A fierce advocate for my clients, relentless in negotiation, and never afraid to roll up my sleeves and lead with heart. Originally from New Jersey, I traded snow shovels for surf and bought my first home in Oceanside over a decade ago — and I’ve been helping others find their place here ever since. I’m a second-generation real estate agent, the daughter of a builder, and a businesswoman with an MBA and a deep understanding of human behavior (thank you, psychology degree). Before real estate, I managed Department of Defense initiatives in austere, high-stakes environments. That pressure-cooker taught me two things: lead with integrity and never miss a detail, lessons I bring to every transaction. I support military families, first responders, and everyday people chasing their dreams, because I’ve done the same. Off the clock (is that a thing?), I’m a proud skating mom, cheer mom, snack-fetcher, and sideline strategist to my elite-athlete daughter. When you work with me, you get more than a Realtor. Great Comm7nicator with a Personal Connection

Excellent market knowledge. Priced my home at the top of my expected range and sold quicker than I thought! Excellent communicator, always looks out for her clients during such a stressful time and very personable to other agents and their clients. This was my second buying/selling experience with Corinne and both were excellent. I call her not only my realtor but my friend!

Corinne is the ABSOLUTE BEST! We are so...

Corinne is the ABSOLUTE BEST! We are so grateful that we were referred to Corinne! We purchased our home site unseen from Japan in a crazy market. She went out of her way to make the process as easy as possible, showing us houses on FaceTime, answering many questions from selling agents and assuring them we were good buyers. She knew the market very well, guided us to make competitive offers, and negotiated an acceptance even though we were using a VA loan and buying site unseen. Not only did she help us find and purchase a home, but she found contractors to help us make updates. We can't recommend Corinne enough! She will have every referral we can give her and we will sell our home with her whenever we have to move.
