Corrine Whitehead was recommended by a local business owner who I have known for about 20 yrs. Someone who I respect for hard work and integrity. The qualities that are so lacking these days. The two brokers before Corrine did essentially NOTHING other than a song and dance about what they COULD do but never put in the effort aside from just listing the property. It seems that listing the property and sticking a sign on the front lawn was about as far as they go UNLESS a client contacted them directly about the property. Corrine actually worked the property. The last real estate transaction we were involved was a LONG time ago. There were a lot of details I had forgotten and the fact that we are seniors made it even harder and stressful. Corrine was more than patient with explaining things and most of all when I was in a panic she was the one to calm me down. She is comfortable with and effectively uses the internet to market the property. I received weekly reports regarding the internet traffic of the listing. I like being kept in the loop.
