When the initial mortgage company and title company would not give us a loan because of a tidelands exception, my wife and I were beyond disappointment; we were crushed. Corinne kept us apprised of each aspect of the long process in finalizing the loan. Personally, what sealed how kind and caring she was, was that Corinne took the time away from her family, on Christmas Eve night, so that we could share the news of the pending purchase with our children. It was a wonderful Christmas gift that she facilitated. That was huge. I'm sure not many people would go that extra mile, especially on a holiday. Corinne and Joe made a long, sometimes disappointing process, manageable. They were great.

Corrine Whitehead was recommended by a local business owner who I have known for about 20 yrs. Someone who I respect for hard work and integrity. The qualities that are so lacking these days. The two brokers before Corrine did essentially NOTHING other than a song and dance about what they COULD do but never put in the effort aside from just listing the property. It seems that listing the property and sticking a sign on the front lawn was about as far as they go UNLESS a client contacted them directly about the property. Corrine actually worked the property. The last real estate transaction we were involved was a LONG time ago. There were a lot of details I had forgotten and the fact that we are seniors made it even harder and stressful. Corrine was more than patient with explaining things and most of all when I was in a panic she was the one to calm me down. She is comfortable with and effectively uses the internet to market the property. I received weekly reports regarding the internet traffic of the listing. I like being kept in the loop. She is NOT the typical sign the papers to list with me and then disappear NEVER to be heard from again. I LOVE her. She had the right answer to every question I had. She was patient and got things done. She does not hesitate to take the initiative when required. I respect that.
