I contacted Corinne to see if she knew of a Notary and found out she was one! She came to the rescue and drove over to our house in the icy cold weather and notarized my documents! Corinne took the time to come to the house we ultimately purchased on Christmas Eve night. That was huge. We wanted to show our family and were still in the midst of negotiations. When the initial mortgage company and title company would not give us a loan because of a tidelands exception, my wife and I were beyond disappointment; we were crushed. Corinne took it upon herself to find a mortgage broker she dealt with, who ultimately found a title company that gave us the mortgage with the exception.
