Connie came highly recommended by a friend of ours. She was equipped with a wealth of advice, answers to all our questions, and local contacts for inspections/services/etc. She made the process easy and pushed the sellers, lenders, and title co. to provide info until we got to the finish line and even closed early!

I strongly advise against using Connie as your real estate agent. Our experience was incredibly stressful, and her actions at the end of our transaction were neglectful and financially hurtful. Here were our main issues: Poor Negotiation: She lacked a methodical process for evaluating our new home, and her handling of seller repairs delayed our move-in timeline, ignoring our needs. Unprofessional Retaliation: When we told Connie we were using a different agent to sell our old home, she completely ghosted us on the home we were currently buying with her. Abandonment of Duties: Because she ghosted us, she dropped all coordination of repairs, skipped our final walkthrough, and was absent for the key handover. We had to coordinate everything ourselves with the seller's agent. Lack of Accountability: She finally messaged us a couple of weeks later claiming she was 'distracted and out of town.' She offered no apology or acknowledgment of the chaos she caused us. A real estate agent should advocate for you through to the end of your contract. Connie abandoned us when she realized she wasn't getting our second listing. Look elsewhere.

Connie Landes prioritized a quick commission over our needs. She played into the seller's agents' hands, did not negotiate on our behalf, then disappeared during the rent-back period without overseeing repair items. Due to her abysmal behavior, we failed to gain possession of our house on time- with unfinished contracted repairs and cleaning. Connie is an excellent realtor with superior expertise in all aspects of real estate. She is knowledgeable and current of all local and state rules and regulations; she explains and provides all legal documents, guides the buyer through the escrow process. She gives names of service providers as needed and asked for. She is courteous, dependable, helpful, and above all professional. I would highly recommend Connie in a heart beat!

Connie was a dream to work with. She walked me through each step of selling my place, had excellent local knowledge and was able to complete a somewhat complicated 1031 exchange sale with a 30 day close. And it went for over asking!
