Connie has been instrumental in the sale of my three investment homes within the past two years, with two of them selling during the pandemic. I was a bit surprised with the last home when she wanted to set the asking price higher than I anticipated, but it went under contract in only two days and closed on time. Remarkable! Connie certainly knows the market and how to get things done, regardless of the unforeseeable potholes.

We think our house sold itself. It sold in 4 days. Connie's knowledge and expertise assisted in this process. Her photographer took exceptional pictures (including drone pictures), which showed the expansiveness of our home, property and subdivision. While Realtors can and do excellent work; in today's market with internet accessibility, we do feel that realtor commissions are excessive.

Connie was great! I am the type of person who knows what she does & doesn't like. Connie was very patient with me. She always had 2-3 recommendations when I asked, but never pushed anyone particular lawyer or inspector. My contract with the seller was more complicated than it should have been due to a relocation company being involved and the seller trying to alter the contract with whiteout. Connie stayed in communication with me throughout the negotiation process. I am happy to say I got my home for a price I feel good about!
