While Realtors can and do excellent work; in today's market with internet accessibility, we do feel that realtor commissions are excessive.
Connie was great! I am the type of person who knows what she does & doesn't like. Connie was very patient with me. She always had 2-3 recommendations when I asked, but never pushed anyone particular lawyer or inspector. My contract with the seller was more complicated than it should have been due to a relocation company being involved and the seller trying to alter the contract with whiteout. Connie stayed in communication with me throughout the negotiation process. I am happy to say I got my home for a price I feel good about!
