Colleen helped the reviewer sell this property

Honest, Trustworthy, Responsible Realtor

Working with Colleen was a great experience. She was very upfront about the current market and worked with us to set a reasonable sale price to move the house. She provided accurate estimates on what to expect from closing. She utilized digital communication tools for scheduling all showings. She was excellent in setting up inspections and resolving issues with no added costs to us. She was very accommodating to our requests and was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We were able to accept an offer in 3 weeks for exactly what we had agreed that we wanted to get for the house.
