I moved to North Carolina from New Jersey in 2014 after retiring early from a career as a high school administrator. Real estate has always been in my blood, as other family members were agents, builders and investors. I began investing in property myself many years ago, as I knew it would be a means to a planned early retirement and relocation. As such, I have the benefit of many years of experience buying, selling, renovating, and managing my own properties. This enables me to look with a critical eye at properties for my clients, and help educate them throughout their search for property. As I relocated to this area myself, it also offers my clients the additional benefit of my experience and understanding of this process. I can help clients streamline their search, and offer them the options that appear to best match their preferences. I cover the entire area from Wilmington to Myrtle Beach, so can assist clients with any communities or properties. I am licensed in both NC and SC as well. My background as a public servant gives me a perspective that other traditional salespeople do not have. I truly have my clients' best interests at heart, and will work for their benefit alone. This has served me well as I am one of the top producing brokers in my region. My sales volume for 2022 was in excess of 20M, 2023 was in excess of 21M, and 2024 was in excess of 25M.
