Colleen did a wonderful job for us. There was no doubt she was in our corner. She even did a virtual tour with us of the house we ended up buying. Her attention to detail during the process of buying a home in OTOW was great. We’d probably still be waiting for USAA to get the proper files with the correct labels to the VA if Colleen hadn’t taken care of the files for them. She certainly earned her commission on the difficulty level of this sale. I will recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house. We will definitely use her for any future real estate needs.
