Colleen knew the market and listed the property at a fair price. She was very helpful giving us tips on what the HOA would be looking at so we could take care of them. The appraiser was very complimentary of how helpful she was. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly and she was on top of letting me know if forms weren’t sent back so I could light a fire under my siblings butts! I would highly recommend her!
