Colleen was very knowledgeable of the community, knew about the do's and do not's for the area, had info for who to contact for any and all repairs if needed. Excellent to work with, returned all phone calls in a timely fashion, did not mind what time it was when you called, she always returned your call ASAP. We were snow birds and had to sell our home in Ocala from the north. As we had left our Florida home with the intention of returning there was no preparation to sell on our part. Using her contacts she had our personal items donated to charity. She had the house thoroughly cleaned and otherwise prepped for sale. Our air conditioner was not working. Our fence was not compliant with OTOW standards and needed to be shortened. Colleen dealt with these problems very efficiently and took the burden from our shoulders.
