We first met Colleen in Jan. 2020 pre covid. She showed us many properties and explained OTOW procedures to us. We went back to Canada with intention to come back down to buy. Covid hit and border lockdown stopped us. Upon opening of border in Nov. 2021 Colleen assisted us with finding a rental and was quite willing to show us listings virtually if we were interested in a property. Once we were in rental in OTOW we called Colleen again who found us the perfect place to buy. She walked us through the whole procedure and went above and beyond helping us do a smooth transition from the rental.
