From the beginning of contracting with Colleen to be my agent, her frequent reports to me made me feel confident that she had the knowledge, experience and expertise to do a great job. She was excellent keeping me informed, and I liked her unfailingly confident assurances about the process, especially there was a lull for a few days. I also came to appreciate that as much as I didn't want to acknowledge my house had some less than desirable features which would affect the sale, Colleen's realistic and fair manner for both buyer and seller encouraged me. That she lived in The Colony was also a big plus for me, as she could easily speak about its advantages and opportunities to prospective buyers.
