Colleen has always been a rock as a realtor, she helped me buy and house and years later helped me sell the same house. The selling was a nightmare but thru it all Colleen was there. Finding the right house can be a difficult and annoying process. However, Colleen is honest and the best to deal with. She is very smart and detailed when it comes to writing PAs. Also, very helpful in reading and translating the legal/realtor language. Her honesty and knowledge made the process so much easier both buying our new house and selling the house we were in.
