She accommodated to my difficult work schedule and relentless questions, and she was always the first to snoop in every corner of a house to ensure it was a good pick. When the time came to make an offer, Colleen always had my best interest at heart even when I didn’t. She really is incredible!

Her home recommendations that were emailed to us daily were fun to look through and going to look at them always was a good time as well as informative because Mrs.Birko is so personally knowledgeable about the criteria homes may have to meet in order to work with the VA loan we were eligible for. Our whole experience was so pleasant and we are so happy in our new home!!!!
