Colleen was an amazing fit for me from the start! This was my first home buying experience and I knew very little about what to expect. She accommodated to my difficult work schedule and relentless questions, and she was always the first to snoop in every corner of a house to ensure it was a good pick. When the time came to make an offer, Colleen always had my best interest at heart even when I didn’t. She really is incredible!

She is amazing in every way, great at giving us information in a simple format that we could easily understand and patient with us as first time home buyers. Her home recommendations that were emailed to us daily were fun to look through and going to look at them always was a good time as well as informative because Mrs.Birko is so personally knowledgeable about the criteria homes may have to meet in order to work with the VA loan we were eligible for. Our whole experience was so pleasant and we are so happy in our new home!!!! I appreciated the patience and tenacity that Colleen exhibited. As a client I knew I was going to be very picky and had not moved since my wedding day 49 years ago. I had many questions throughout the process and if she did not know the answer she quickly found the information out. It probably took 5-6 months to really determine what I wanted as well as location. She began to look at every place with my eyes knowing what I would be looking at. She often offered to go check out a place for me since we were 110 miles away and always found the HOA information for me before going to look. She bailed me out of the paperwork when I was overwhelmed. She has become a trusted friend and I will miss working with her. She is an awesome agent.
