Truly, I wish I could give 7 stars for Krystalynn Kemp and the whole Benson Broker Group team. This is the second time we’ve worked with them to sell a home and purchase a home, and we knew after the last time in 2019 when the time came to do it again we’d be calling them. I can’t express how impressed and thankful we are for their consistent excellence this second time around. There is an amazing culture with their group and Krystalynn exemplified it; *available* *responsive* *savvy* *professional* *connected* *understanding* are some of the words that come to mind. I felt like we were her only client but I know we absolutely were not. We had a number of complexities and challenges to both our sale and our purchase and like magic she quickly found or negotiated solutions each time…amazing. She helped us get multiple offers above our asking price and negotiated a better deal on our purchase…we had an accepted offer within 5 days of listing our home thanks to wise and engaged marketing…we feel 100% we got every bit of value for the commission we paid. This is all completely consistent with our 2019 experience.
