Brenda provided exceptional customer service at every stage of the transaction. Our sale had some extra bumps along the way that were out of Brenda's control and she flexed with our needs and handled the changing situation. My father had hired Brenda to sell his house, then he died suddenly, so Brenda and I inherited each other mid transaction. I couldn't have been any more pleased with how she brought me up to speed and kept the sale on track. She arranged everything for my convenience, even signing paperwork close to my home. The sale, was the buyers agent's first transaction so as a result, Brenda ended up having to untangle some situations the other inexperienced agent inadvertently got us into. Then, when we finally thought we were finished, the wired funds between the title company and bank was missing, so she gladly stepped in again to help resolve.
