Shelli was on top of absolutely everything I needed with efficiency and quick communication! What a wonderful resource for me

Shelli was all around exceptional. We are first time home buyers, and she walked us through this process with patience and understanding. She is very responsive, helpful, and flexible. She answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. She also communicated with the seller's agent very well and was happy to communicate our concerns to them. She could tell when we were getting nervous or concerned, and assisted us whenever we needed it most. She is very professional, but also very personable and kind. I highly recommend her and will absolutely work with her again if she is available.

Shelli did a great job researching prices of comparable properties in the area so that we were satisfied that our property was listed at just the right price. Shelli was very helpful in advising what we needed to do to have the property show ready. Shelli wrote an excellent ad for the property and purchased the highest quality photos complete with floor plan and video. Shelli held effective open houses weekly until the property was under contract. She communicated well with us throughout the listing phase and the contract phase. Shelli has been our Miracle Worker Realtor. We strongly recommend her!

Working with Pro Julie Lange was an incredible experience from market analysis to the closing. Truely understood our needs. We were guided through an insurance challenge that made the difference in making the deal close on our Dream Home! Highly Recommended for Veterans, Real Estate Developers and First time Buyers. TOP 1% of her Peers. Call her today and navigate to your Dream Home!

That’s right, Julie does just that! We have a place in the desert and trying to sell the house we had owned for over 20 years as an absentee owner couldn’t have happened without Julie and her team being very creative and going the extra mile to get it done! We’ve known Julie about 40 years, and finally got to use her in selling our house. Remember, it’s not what the realtor says they’ll do for you, it’s what they actually do for you! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for the greatest possible result! Let Julie prove her worth to you, YOU WON’T REGRET IT! Tom & Sheryl Bauer

We’re so glad we worked with Nicole to find our Lincoln City home. She kept us informed about new listings in our price range and was always there for us when we contacted her. She showed us many houses before we found the right one and supported us every step of the way. She remains helpful with our questions about the area, contractors, etc. Nicole is such a good person, too.

Nicole was by far the best realtor I’ve ever used. She was always just a phone call away and went above and beyond selling our home. Couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend her.

Nicole worked tirelessly for us over the course of a few months until we were ready to pull the trigger on a place. When we were ready, she was incredibly prompt. She negotiated a great price for us on a home that had not been on the market even a week. We were closed within 2 weeks from the time we submitted the offer from the moment we had keys in our hands. I would recommend Nicole over and over again!
