Colin is AMAZING. He represented us in 2020 as buyers for our first home (did an awesome job) and more recently in Q1 of 2026 as the sellers when we sold the same house he helped us buy. Tier 1 service and knowledge of the industry. Helped us navigate a plethora of different scenarios in each phase from listing price, staging options and opinions, timing (we were moving out of state), and of course the potential buyers analysis. Colin helped us sift through the tire kickers and shaky offers. Ended up getting over asking with a great buyer. We were always in good hands with him and could confidently keep our minds on the tasks at hand packing for an out of state move with 3 kids and 2 dogs, knowing he was handling the hard stuff. 11 out of 10 stars for service. We recommended him to friends back in 2020 who he helped buy their first home and they loved him as well. Guaranteed you’ll have a wonderful time with him. Good guy all around.

Colin is far and away the best realtor I've worked with! He helped my parents buy a home and then years later helped me sell my first home, and everything went so smoothly! He led me through making decisions without pressuring me at all but instead by giving me all the information I needed to feel confident in my choices. He is an excellent communicator, and followed up on everything through the escrow process daily and gave me all the updates I needed. He is always easy to get ahold of but is never pushy or overwhelming. I simply cannot express what a pleasure it was to go through the selling process with Colin. My husband and I met Colin a few years ago and we kept him in our thoughts for future reference. When we were ready to buy a home in Carlsbad, Colin drove us there to tour a community we were interested in. We pointed out several homes we liked and Colin sent letters to those 24 homeowners introducing us and letting them know we were looking to buy in their community should they be interested in selling. When the perfect property came on the market Colin took us down to tour that home. We loved it and put in an offer that day which was accepted. Colin went above and beyond in facilitating the purchase of our new home. He scheduled and met with on-site inspectors savings us from driving down there from San Juan Capistrano. He had constant communication with both escrow companies throughout the escrow process. He met with us several times to help with the completion of escrow documents. He reached out to the Title Company to make sure the title process went smoothly. He was readily available to answer any questions we had and still is should we need to reach out to him. Colin is a 5-star realtor and is extremely knowledgeable and personable and we highly recommend him to anyone purchasing and/or selling a home.

I wish that I could give Colin ten stars! He has helped my husband and me sell our home in beautiful San Clemente. Colin acted as a project manager for us helping us with contacts, going the extra mile, always keeping us well-informed, holding our hands when we needed it, being an Excellent Real Estate Agent, as well as an all-around great guy on top of it. I have bought and sold 8 homes in my life and have never had such a great realtor. Colin arranged for contractors to meet us at the house all at the same time to get multiple bids for flooring and painting. He also arranged for estate sale companies to meet with us all on the same day and timeframe. It was so convenient. We never even had to list the house in the multiple listings as he had a buyer as soon as other realtors knew it was about to be listed. We got top dollar. Colin is also a very nice person and professional. He kept in touch with us on a regular basis. I would give him ten stars if that was an option.
